They had this promotion for a while for new members, when you sign up, put 5 points on a card I believe, you will get to spin this electronic wheel and a chance to win up to $1000. They even had this promo posted on a billboard right by the casino. I got to spin that wheel when I signed up with them, I won $10. So a while later I wanted to take my friend over, so I called them to see what promotions they had for new members, they said still same wheel spin, so my friend came with me and while he was at the players club, I was at the slot machine, so we started playing on his card to put points and once he reached whatever they requiered (I beliebe 5 points) , I told him go get that $1000 lol! So next thing you know, he is coming back with $10 on a card. And he said they told him that the spinning wheel is out of service. SO I asked for a manager, and I told him, I called before coming and you confirmed that my friend will get a chance to win up to $1000, so what's up with this automatic determination of $10??? Who gets to decide? And if you get to decide that, and your wheel is broken at least for inconvenience give $50 or something... Guess what he wispered in my ear? lol... He said that no one gets more than $10 on that spinning wheel that's why they just automatically gave him $10. And I told him, so you're saying casino is lying about this promotion? He said "pretty much". And that came out from the manager of the casino!
Where is the state of Florida looking at? I thought there supposed to be some kind of regulations for the casinos??? Or false advertising is all of a sudden legal? Another bs is that I get these scratch offs in mail saying a chance to win 400k and everytime is $10.
