This place sucks, will never visit again. Bizarre customer service. The guy named Mathew let one of my family member who was visiting from India get in. Then when he started playing he had to show his ID which was international so they said it was not going to be valid here for the casino. Understand that. They then asked him to leave the casino, understand that as well. So when we basically could not be at the casino. So we started leaving through the front entrance where we had pay for the vallet. They told him that he cant go back and had to leave from the entrance right there. Which was bizarre since he atleast had a valid ID. That being said 2 of us went at the front entrance and asked the guy named Mathew to call somebody from the customer service or Human Resources and he said no one will come down to talk to you. And that pissed me off. That guy started yelling at us while explaining why no oine would come talk to us. When we told him that it was such a bizzare thing to hear he started being rude. I then mentioned that i will never come to this place again and he said thats ok you dont have to come here. It was no point in even talking to them beinv Marcus and Joseph, the other employees who joined to support Mathew. While we were going to pay for the vallet Mathew yelled in front of the people who were all waiting out there that you should have a valid ID for you to visit. He didn't have to do that. We understand English pretty well. It was so frustrating to go through this. Very poor management and very bad customer service. They dont know how to deal with their customers. Wonder how the business is running? Glos bless America as the visitors are not allowed to walk free in this country anymore and is obviously not leaving a good impression of us.

I totally share the opinion, on the website they do not announce their admission policies, we were there in passing, with a customer from years of the casino, wanted to show us the site, we asked for a beer (we had taken a couple at the bar already), to me family asked for identification, they said it was not valid and as if it were criminals, they made us leave, not allowing us to go to the parking lot, we had to surround the casino on the outside, frankly, they should if they do not want foreigners, publish it on the website , in its admission policies and avoid treating clients as criminals, leaving one money there, the worst casino with a difference of US, should close and leave it open only for employees, if they do not want anyone who does not be equal to them, a horrible experience will personally publish it on the networks, I do not want anyone to go through the same and less with people so racist and rude
