I find it very hard to give this casino a satisfactory  review. When you walk in, the casino looks so run down. Trash is everywhere. Inside and out. From broken beer bottles in the parking lots, trash littered all over the place. To cigarette ashes, spilled drinks and discarded trash by nearly every machine. People smoking in non smoking areas, where employees walk by and do absolutely nothing to enforce.   And from uncaring management who are such pricks and deliberately ignore any patron concerns that may come up.  They never ever respond back to calls or emails and are always unavailable in the facility to reach out to.   Including the Player hosts,  who are supposed to assist the patrons.  Parx is certainly dubious for ripping people off with incredibly tight slots, tables, along with the world's worst customer relations skills  I have ever seen anywhere at any establishment.   On top of that, Parx brands themselves as having the "highest payouts" and the "loosest slots." And let's not forget good people, anyone who walks in is guaranteed by Parx to "get lucky in no time" Another false statement, another trashy lie... so very far from the truth. Its much more like getting UN-LUCKY in no time... And also let's not forget the lame and thoughtless promotions they come up with.  Not only do they run out of product and not order enough to accommodate the mail out advertisements they send out,   they always offer you the absolute bare minimum prize.    For example, free slot play can range from 20-500.00, or 20.00 to 1,000.00 where you end up with a measly 20.00 minimum. Never is the higher amount ever awarded.......... Also, they have the absolute worst point system ever,  where it is very difficult to obtain points. Especially when the slots are always tight and not paying out. The points range from 0 to 1,000 for their red card holders, 1,000 to 7,500 for their green card holders and 7,500 and above for their black card holders. And you end up spending hundreds (or thousands) of dollars to qualify for certain promotional giveaways and end up getting a measly $30.00 prize.  Just an example.
When you walk into their food court, the counters by Foodies are disgusting with food and liquid spilled all over the counters and floor.  Walkways are filthy with spilled beverages where someone can easily fall and get hurt.  The service is painfully slow at best and the food is equally disgusting.  Parx unfortunately has nothing else to offer, other than Parx Grill, which is a rip off, and Chickie and Pete's which is just average at best.
And let's not forget, the "new" section that recently opened. It is nothing more than a disaster just waiting to happen.  An extension of their already s-hole of a casino.    Over 700 pieces of garbage slots to play on that are just as tight, if not, tighter than the older machines. Very unimpressive. They even have a store that is the size of a walk in closet...if not, smaller.  I kid you not.....  And still no buffet or other amenities that are offered to valued patrons other casinos have. Compared to other casinos like the Sands Bethlehem, Mt Airy, or the Borgata, Harrah's or even Sugar House for that matter,  this casino by far falls well short of every single metric. And they call themselves the best? Are you f' n  kidding me Parx? One thing is for certain.  Parx Casino is truly an embarrassment.....A total and complete disgrace to our area, and to the entire East Coast.
